Both. Our Linux packages run on CentOS with an integrated Plesk 9 control panel. Our Windows packages run on Windows Server 2003 and also have an integrated Plesk 9 control panel.
All our hosting servers run on Dell servers with onboard RAID 1 redundancy. In addition, all servers are backed up nightly to an offsite data repository.
