Do you provide 24/7/365 support?

Yes, we provide 24/7/365 support through email and our ticketing system.  In addition, telephone support is available Monday - Friday 7am - 11pm EST and Saturday - Sunday from 9am - 6pm EST (excluding US federal holidays).

The turnaround time on tickets is typically 1 business day, but our staff will make every attempt to resolve your ticket within hours of its receipt.
