You can cancel your account using one of two methods:
1) Login to the client area, click "My Services", then click "View Details" of the product/service you wish to cancel, then click "Request Cancellation". You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation request.
2) Open a ticket by emailing support@lightboundhosting.com. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation request.
Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours of receiving the request or within 24 hours of the requested cancellation date.
