To request the refund, submit a ticket by emailing billing@lightboundhosting.com or by completing the form located at http://www.lightboundhosting.com/clients/submitticket.php.
You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. We will try to apply the refund within one business day, but please allow up to 15 days for the refund to post to your credit card.
